Public offer agreement

On the provision of flower sales and delivery services in Kyiv
Sole Proprietor Zaykovska Olha Serhiivna, TIN 3484800641, acting on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, publishes this offer (proposal) to conclude a contract of sale and delivery of goods under the terms set out below.

Anyone who accepts the terms of this offer by placing an order on the website www.kievflora.com, in messengers, social networks, or by phone, confirms their agreement with the terms and becomes the “Buyer”.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Seller sells flowers, bouquets, gift sets, balloons, and related products (hereinafter — the “Goods”), and provides delivery services.

1.2. Delivery may be free or paid — according to the terms specified on the website and in this Agreement.

2. Order placement

2.1. Orders can be placed via:

• website www.kievflora.com;

• messengers (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp);

• Instagram, Facebook;

• by phone +380732853232.

2.2. The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the manager.

2.3. For regional delivery and large compositions (baskets, boxes, wedding bouquets, balloons, etc.), prepayment is required.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment can be made in the following ways:

• cash upon receipt;

• at our office;

• online (Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay);

• to the account in Mono Bank: IBAN: UA253220010000026006340059419.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is carried out daily from 06:00 to 23:30 by our own courier service.

4.2. Free delivery within Kyiv — for orders from 799 UAH from 09:00 to 22:00.

4.3. Paid delivery:

• Morning (06:00–09:00) — 150 UAH

• Evening (22:00–23:30) — 250 UAH

• Exact time — 150 UAH

• Express delivery — as soon as possible (price to be confirmed with manager)

• Sofiivska Borshchahivka — 150 UAH

• Kriukivshchyna — 250 UAH

• Brovary — 250 UAH

• Irpin — 400 UAH

• Bucha — 400 UAH

• Boryspil — 450 UAH

4.4. Delivery delays may occur on public holidays. The exact time is agreed with the manager.

4.5. In case of traffic jams in Kyiv above 6 points, delays are possible.

4.6. If the recipient is absent and “no call” was indicated, the bouquet may be handed over to a third party or a paid re-delivery will be carried out.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, flowers are not subject to return or exchange.

5.2. Complaints are accepted at the time of delivery or within 2 hours after receipt.

5.3. In case of justified claims, an exchange or refund may be provided by agreement with the Seller.

6. Special order conditions

6.1. Designer bouquets may differ from the photos on the website by 15–20%, but without changes in composition or price.

6.2. Bouquet photos are illustrative. The actual appearance may vary due to:

• flower cut characteristics (bud shape, blooming stage);

• screen color rendering;

• seasonality.

6.3. Packaging is provided free of charge and may differ unless otherwise agreed individually.

7. Guarantees and liability

7.1. The Seller guarantees the freshness of flowers at the time of delivery.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided (address, phone number, delivery time).

7.3. The Seller is not liable for:

• delays caused by third parties, traffic, holidays, or force majeure;

• flower preservation after delivery (improper care, storage conditions).

8. Confidentiality and personal data processing

8.1. The Seller processes personal data exclusively for order fulfillment.

8.2. Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

9. Final provisions

9.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

9.2. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance — order placement by the Buyer and confirmation by the Seller.

9.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the offer. The current version is always available on www.kievflora.com.
