Returns and Exchanges
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.172 dated 19.03.1994, flowers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable goods.
However, we always strive to meet our clients’ needs. Therefore:

In case of justified claims, an exchange or partial/full refund is possible.

Complaints are accepted at the time of delivery or within 2 hours after receiving the order.
Designer Bouquets
Author’s bouquets may differ from the photos on the website by 15–20%, but the composition and value remain unchanged.
The photos are for reference only. The actual bouquet may differ due to:

specific characteristics of flowers (bud shape, degree of blooming, seasonality);

screen color reproduction (shades may look different);

availability of certain flower varieties at the time of arrangement.
Packaging
Packaging is provided free of charge and may differ from the photo unless otherwise agreed individually.
Important to Know

If the recipient is absent at the specified address and “no call” delivery is selected, the courier may hand the bouquet to a third party or a paid re-delivery will be arranged.

We guarantee 100% freshness of the flowers at the time of delivery. Further care depends on the client’s storage conditions (temperature, water, trimming stems, etc.).
